This Privacy Policy describes how NuCo Systems LLC(“NuCo,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected when you visit the public nuco-sys.com marketing website, request a product demonstration, or submit feedback through the site widget.

• Demo request form

  When you complete the contact form at /contact, we collect the fields you provide: your name, email address, organization name, organization type, and any message you write. Submission is voluntary; the form is the primary mechanism we use to schedule sales conversations.

• Feedback widget

  When you submit feedback through the in-site widget, we collect the message you write, the category you select, the page path you submitted from, and — if you happen to be signed in — your associated user identity.

• Server logs

  Our hosting providers maintain standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path) for operational and security purposes. We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies beyond what is technically required for authentication on the sign-in flow.

You may request deletion of your submissions at any time using the contact information below; we will honor verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
