About NuCo

One platform for the operators running medicine where infrastructure ends.

NuCo Systems was started because the operations stack for austere medical providers — wildland fire, offshore vessel staffing, industrial site medicine, remote rescue — was patched together from five to seven specialty tools that didn't talk to each other. Operators carried the cost of that fragmentation in their reconciliation work, their audit risk, and their crews' time.

The platform was built first inside an operating austere medical company, ran through real deployments, and then productized for use by other operators in the field. Every module that ships in NuCo has been stress-tested in production before it's released to customers — not designed in a vendor lab.

What we believe

  • Operations is one system, not seven. Inventory, narcotics, dispatch, credentialing, documentation — they all share the same primitives. They should share the same platform.
  • Defense in depth at every layer. Append-only ledgers, row-level isolation, application-layer encryption — built in, not bolted on.
  • Compliance is a design constraint, not a checkbox. HIPAA, NEMSIS 3.5.1, DEA — all baked in from the first migration so an audit isn't a sprint.
  • One tenant, one tailored experience. You see the modules your operation needs and nothing else. Configure per tier or à la carte.
